By using the Trustenix AI platform, you agree to these Terms and the applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view site materials for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy or resell content, remove legal notices, mirror the site, reverse engineer our software except where the law allows, or use the platform unlawfully.

2. Services, accounts, and fees

Digital investment services involve risk, including possible loss of capital; past performance does not guarantee future results. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and never share passwords. Where fees apply, you accept the pricing shown at purchase; refunds follow what we disclose or what applicable law requires.
